How to work with me
From the first message to the final debrief: a process that keeps your team informed and your assignment on track.
Process
How an engagement works
- Send the brief
Use the form below, email or WhatsApp. The more complete the brief, the faster I can respond.
- Receive a proposal
Availability, a proposal and any site requirements that need to be agreed first.
- Prepare
We build the glossary together, I review the materials and we confirm site rules and equipment.
- Deliver
On site or remote, with a briefing before the session so the speakers and I are aligned.
- Debrief
A short note on terminology, open questions and anything the team should follow up on.
Trust
Confidentiality
Everything you share with me for an assignment is confidential. I do not pass briefs, glossaries, documents or recordings to third parties, and I do not publish client names or work material without written permission.
FAQ
Questions I hear often
Do you travel to remote sites?
Yes. Mine sites, plants and remote locations are a regular part of my work. Travel, accommodation and on-site conditions are agreed in the brief before the assignment is confirmed.
What languages do you work in?
Portuguese, English, Spanish and German. Most of my 2026 site days were at Spanish-speaking mines. For other Spanish contexts, tell me the subject and I will confirm whether I am the right fit.
How do you price your work?
I work with a rate card, shared on request. Send the brief and I will reply with a proposal for your specific assignment.
Can you invoice as a company?
Yes. Company details (CNPJ) and insurance information are available on request.
What equipment do you need?
Tell me what the site provides, such as booths, wireless systems or headsets, and we agree on the equipment in the brief.
Can you prepare with our materials?
Yes. Send the agenda, presentations, procedures, glossaries or previous minutes, and I will build the working glossary from them.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Remote and hybrid sessions are available for meetings, training and interviews.
